Location: Hybrid – Derby HQ & Remote

Here’s what you’ll get stuck into:

• Creating organic social and email strategies that actually connect – not just tick boxes
• Writing captivating captions and emails that get read, clicked, and remembered
• Running paid boosts to amplify the stories we tell
• Developing insights from data and turning them into actionable creative ideas
• Collaborating with clients directly – not through a chain of middle people
• Experimenting with new tools, platforms, and tactics – and sharing what you learn
• Managing nano creators on influencer campaigns when needed
• Working across exciting industries – travel, fashion, and hospitality
• Owning the day-to-day while feeding into the bigger picture

 

What we need from you:

• A sharp mind and a strong work ethic
• Confidence without ego
• An open mindset — you’re hungry to learn and comfortable trying new approaches
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• 2 + years Managing Social Accounts on various platforms
• Solid experience in brand strategy, social media, and email marketing (ideally with Klaviyo)
• Comfort with numbers and extracting meaning from data
• An eye for good content and how to amplify it effectively
