The Role
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our agency and our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service, results, and strategic guidance. You’ll oversee client relationships, track project performance, and identify new opportunities to support business growth. You’ll also be a core part of our management team, shaping processes and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support client calls, ensuring a strategic approach to performance reporting, insights, and recommendations.
- Oversee and optimise the client onboarding process to ensure seamless integration and a strong foundation for long-term success.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts and work closely with internal teams to present tailored solutions.
- Manage and resolve any complex client situations, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
- Track and report on client satisfaction, using feedback to enhance our processes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Contribute to the management team, sharing reporting, insights and recommendations for service improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person who thrives on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills – you can juggle multiple accounts and still keep an eye on the details.
- Experience in client-facing roles, ideally within a digital agency or marketing environment.
- A problem solver who can think on their feet and manage challenges with a cool head.
- A growth mindset, eager to drive success for clients and spot new opportunities.
