Job Description

Are you a pro at building relationships and keeping things running smoothly? We’re on the lookout for a Client Success Executive who’s a master at communication and organisation.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients’ needs are met and their work is delivered on time, all while bringing positive energy to meetings.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and being their go-to contact for any questions or concerns. Assisting in overseeing the resource allocation and strategic plans on projects, will mean you’re instrumental in coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Your primary mission: to ensure our clients are happy and well taken care of, while also helping to identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling our services.

  • Responsibilities

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Listening to and understanding client needs to ensure their work is delivered as agreed.
  • Communication: Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
  • Problem Solving: Resolving issues or conflicts that may arise to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to expand services or products offered to clients.
  • Reporting: Providing regular updates on account status and performance metrics. Helping to ensure client’s strategy is being aligned to and opportunities are being created.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in client management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
