Job Description
We’re looking for a confident and ambitious individual with a burning desire to grow, to join our Sales team. Your sole responsibility will be to help grow our pipeline – we’re on a Rocketship trajectory and have extremely ambitious targets as a company this year, so we need your help in making sure we hit and surpass these.
Your role will revolve around speaking to people – you’ll be at all the networking events, chatting and spreading the word, speaking to people on LinkedIn etc, and qualifying leads to pass on to the Sales Director for closing.
It’ll be hard work but it’ll be rewarding. For the right person, you’ll be well set with strong progression routes in an agency soon to be one of the midlands powerhouses, and the generous commission structure will reflect your input in the short term also.

Main terms
- £20-24,000 base salary per year plus commission, plus bonuses (TBC)
- 1-month notice period both ways
- OTE £35+ (uncapped commission, potential to earn much higher)

- Paycare benefits level 1 but to be increased to level 3 after a year (reclaim various medical expenses, dental / eyecare etc, up to certain amounts and discounts on retail / lifestyle purchases)
- Hybrid working setup, 3 days minimum per week in office
- Flexible office hours, core hours 10-4 Monday-Friday
Bonus scheme
- Alphageek have a companywide profit-share scheme. As long as company goals are hit, 10% of monthly profit will be divided among the entire team – providing significant further earning potential.

Key responsibilities
- Highly social, with the ability to effectively network and create opportunities in a range of scenarios.
- Goal / target driven and consistent high performer.
- Extremely confident.
- Innately proactive.
- Expertise communicating via phone, email, webinar, and face-to-face.
- Some sales experience preferable – however mindset / personality is the more important factor.
- Dare I say, money driven? Often taboo topic but not a bad thing. The right person here will earn very well and progress within the company, so should be excited at the prospect of doing so.
Key skills & Requirements
- To build the Alphageek Sales pipeline, pure lead generation to help fuel our exciting growth ambitions.
- To build over time, a personal network and name for yourself in the area. This will be actively used to feed into the sales pipeline via referrals.
- To attend relevant local networking events, and look for opportunities of other events that may be of value.
- To spread Alphageek’s name as far and wise as possible – we’re taking over.
